Form for announcement of the change of the building already registered in the cadastre (extension, merger of buildings), which is neither part of the parcel nor the building right. The enlargement of the form is available for changed data about buildings or for list of owners and other authorized persons,   which would be, if necessary, an integral part of the particular statement, and instructions for filling out the form.

Owner´s declaration about completion of the new building /change of the building

Form for purpose of declaration proving that building or change of building (extension) was completed.
