Current (paid) account

This application will be used by all applicants except for self-governing units (municipalities, cities, regions) and organizational units of the state, bailiffs, notaries, insolvency administrators and the State Investment Support Fund. This type of account can also be used to log in to the free Consultation  of the Real Estate Cadastre. Form for applicants who cannot use the request for applicants free of charge or for verifiers.

Free-of-charge account

This application will be used solely by following applicants:  self-governing units (municipalities, cities, regions) and organizational units of the state, bailiffs, notaries, insolvency administrators and the State Investment Support Fund. All other users have to use the request for Current (paid) account. Form solely for applicants entitled to being provided free-of-charge remote access according to legal regulation.

Persons with disabilities

Form for applicants with disabilities, who are, based on this request treated with above-standard support as follows. It is particularly the extended consultation hours and remote assistance with personal computer control within use of services provided by ČÚZK; condition for provision of this above-standard support is applicant´s agreement with the processing of sensitive personal data indicating his disability, preventing or significantly disabling him from use of the remote access to real estate cadastre data.
