Submission concerning cadastre administration or surveying

Providing you make a complaint against us in matters related to the cadastre or land surveying administration, such as complaint, appeal etc., we process following personal data about you:

Keeping separate records of different types of submissions, particularly complaints.

Processing is necessary for the fulfillment of our legal obligations (within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (c) of the Regulation) resulting from the Administrative Code.
This data for conduct is processed particularly based on the § 37, par.2 of the Administrative Code. The information about data box and post address or eMail address for purpose of delivery based on the request of the proceeding participant, is processed in accordance with the § 19 of the Administrative Code.

The data source are the submissions and other documents, kept in the file on relevant administrative proceedings or other procedure.

This data is stored for 10 years.

Data administrator

Personal data, kept in the individual records in question, are administered by the Czech Office for Surveying, Mapping and Cadastre (ČÚZK contacts).

Commissioner for Personal Data Protection

A joint commissioner was appointed for all offices of the branch of the cadastre and land surveying (commissioner contact).

If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the Regulation, you have the right to complain at the Office for Personal Data Protection.
