Fees for Outputs from the Cadastre of Real Estate Provided by the Remote Access (DP) and by Remote Access Web Services (WSDP)

Regulation Nr. 358/2013 Coll., Annex 4

Note:
• PDF means Portable Document Format.
• HTML means HyperText Markup Language.
• PPBP means Detailed Positional Point Field.
• The fee is set for each A4 format of the output report in PDF format, even if it is started, or for a part of the output report in HTML format corresponding to its content.
• The maximum fee under item 4020 is CZK 300.
• Output under item 4021 means data relating to real estate of the same type, up to a maximum of 200 real estates.
• For the purposes of issuing verified outputs from the public administration information system, the fee for an output that has one page is 50% of the fee for the output under the relevant item.
• The indicative map of parcels and the display of the cadastral map with remote access are provided free of charge.
• If the same output in XML format according to Annex No.5 is required at the same time as the output in PDF or HTML format and if the real estate cadastre information system allows these outputs to be created simultaneously, the fee does not increase by adding it.

Note:
• XML means the Extensible Markup Language format.
• Output under items 5006 to 5008 and 5011 means data from the information system relating to one person or one proceeding.
• Output under item 5010 means data from the information system relating to real estate of the same type in a maximum scope of 200 real estates.
• Output under item 5012 means data from the information system relating to real estates registered in one cadastral area in one calendar month.
• Property overview means a printout created for a specified person within a territorial unit, the content of which is a list of cadastral areas with the numbers of the title deeds on which the specified person has registered ownership or other real rights, or that no such rights are registered in the cadastre for the specified person.
• Unit means a unit defined in accordance with the Civil Code or a unit defined in accordance with Act No. 72/1994 Coll.
• For the purposes of issuing verified outputs from the public administration information system, the fee for an output that has one page is 50% of the fee for the output under the relevant item.
• The indicative map of parcels and the display of the cadastral map with remote access are provided free of charge.
• If the same output in XML format according to Annex No.5 is required at the same time as the output in PDF or HTML format and if the real estate cadastre information system allows these outputs to be created simultaneously, the fee does not increase by adding it.
• The web service, the content of which is data on persons registered in the cadastre, is provided only as a supplement to the cadastral data in electronic form provided pursuant to Section 15, paragraph 2.
• At the same time as items 5001 to 5012, supporting search functions for web services for remote access to cadastral data are provided.
• If the same output in XML format according to Annex No. 5 is required at the same time as the output in PDF or HTML format and if the real estate cadastre information system allows the creation of these outputs simultaneously, the fee does not increase by adding it.
 

Important notice:

Fee is applicable for each (albeit incomplete) format A4 of the output composition in PDF format or corresponding part (as for the content) of the output composition in HTML format. The total sum of money to be invoiced for the particular requested output is depicted next to the composition after its creation and recording into the user´s list of compositions. The factual accounting is not realized until user´s confirmation of the sum, which is the necessary condition for opening of the composition. Output composition is accounted regardless of viewing it on the screen, downloading it to the local disk of the user or printing it as well. Accounting is realized only while opening the composition for the first time.
